Ladbrokes Adds NetEnt Content Keeps Playtech Online and Mobile Games

Ladbrokes online casino offerings will include popular content from Net Entertainment following a deal between the two companies.
Ladbrokes is one of the biggest online casino and sports betting operator in the United Kingdom and worldwide. Net Entertainment is in turn a highly trusted and popular with operators Swedish online gambling software providers. The agreement between the two giants will certainly benefit both parties.
However, most benefits will fall into the laps of ordinary players: Ladbrokes will now be able to offer NetEnt’s suite of online and mobile casino games on top of the currently available Playtech content.
Commenting on the ongoing partnership with Playtech, Richard Glynn, Ladbrokes CEO, underlined the provider’s strength across the channels, and added: “This, together with the establishment of Ladbrokes Israel which was formed in May, has seen us take a considerable step forward in our digital capabilities with further enhancements to come in the coming months.”
As for the deal with NetEnt, Bjor Krantz, Managing Director at the Swedish provider, told casino gambling news: “We are very happy that Ladbrokes has selected Net Entertainment as supplier for a selection of our games to be distributed over their online market channels. Ladbrokes is one of the most reputable operators in the UK, and we are confident that our content will be well received by Ladbrokes’ player base.”
Krantz noted that Ladbrokes’ success in the United Kingdom is perfectly in line with his company’s strategic plans. He went on to add: “Ladbrokes will initially launch with a few of Net Entertainment’s best in class games, which will gradually grow over time.”
