Casino industry experts are looking forward to the 2014 Gaming Technology Conference in Las Vegas, scheduled to take place between March 17 and 19. Mobile casino software developer Playersoft has already announced it will be presenting a range of new products designed for casino operators.

Their latest mobile player administration products include a tracking platform for the gaming and hospitality industry meant to improve existing casino management. According to company representatives, the software focuses on increasing guest loyalty and revenue.

“We’ve positioned our suite of products as an option available now with a framework that can adapt going forward,” says Tony de Leon, president of Playersoft.

Playersoft’s mobile enrollment system was designed to helped casino operators build player loyalty and was launched in 2011. Later on, the software was improved with new modules using iPhone and iPod Touch technology.

Hunter Hunstock, vice-president of the technology department, explained: “Our platforms are working across the United States as well as the Bahamas and we’re positioned to help operators from any size property take advantage of every opportunity mobile technology affords.”

“Our systems allow for real time evaluation and that means better customer service and profitability for gaming operators of every size,” he added.

Considering Playersoft is an award-winning software developer, land and mobile casino business owners are looking forward to see what the company can offer to improve their current player management systems.
