Samsung Galaxy S III for Korea
Quad-core LTE

LTE support and quad-core processor come together in the Korean version of the Samsung Galaxy S III.

The lightning fast LTE support has been out of reach for quad-core Samsung Galaxy S III owners. Until now that is. The Korean giant announced it will launch a quad-core Exynos chipset powered beast with LTE support much to the delight of home country mobile casino gamers.

The two powerful worlds finally come together in the Korean Galaxy S III. The company managed to squeeze in a separate LTE modem chip on top of the quad-core Exynos in the Galaxy S III version for Korea.

Both American and Japanese versions of the Samsung Galaxy S III come with LTE support, but had to sacrifice some processing power and only feature dual-core CPUs. Real money mobile casino gambling is as its best on the quad-core smartphones, and losing out on extra power in order to get LTE support is still a much debated issue.

The Samsung’s solution in the Korean version of their flagship smartphone is set to increase the thickness of the device to 9mm, but that’s a relatively small price to pay, as the original thickness is 8.6mm and few Android casino fans will even notice the difference. The great 2100mAh battery is rumored to remain intact.

The quad-core LTE Galaxy S III is scheduled to hit the shelves in Korea in July. No information is yet available if other markets will receive this version, our guess here at BlackjackChamp.com is that it’s very likely.
