AT&T’s LTE smartphone portfolio is growing rapidly as the carrier plans to launch the Pantech Flex much to the delight of mobile casino enthusiasts. The new smartphone will not only have LTE connectivity support, but will also be sold at a highly attractive price of just $50 on a two-year contract.

This is not the first Pantech device available to Android casino fans, the Burst is also highly popular among gamers and technophiles alike thanks to its decent features and great pricing policy.

The newcomer, Pantech Flex, will be powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, most probably the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4. It will come with a 4.3 inch qHD SuperAMOLED screen, 8MP snapper with full HD recording capabilities, and a 2MP front camera for video calling. Some sources suggest that the device will be rugged to withstand everyday abuse.

The Pantech Flex will be running on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and will cater to first-time smartphone owner by including Easy Experience, Pantech’s proprietary UI, which provides customers with smartphone features locked in the feature-phone wardrobe.

The new device is supposed to hit the AT&T shelves on September 16 and will become one of the most affordable Ice Cream Sandwich devices currently on the market.
