Nokia Lumia 900

The Nokia Lumia 900 is a highly anticipated device worldwide and in the USA, according to the latest rumors the smartphone will hit the US market on March 18.

The latest Windows Phone powered device from Nokia – the Lumia 900 is supposed to hit the shelves in the USA on March 18. It will be sold through AT&T stores and fans of mobile casinos will be able to lay their hands on it for just $99.99.

The $100 price is naturally for those fans of Windows mobile casinos, who are willing to sign a 2-year contract with the carrier, but nonetheless Nokia’s approach to pricing is quite generous and could help the Finnish company capture a lot of ground in the smartphone wars.

The Nokia Lumia 900 will treat mobile casino games enthusiasts to a 4.3 inch non-PenTile AMOLED screen with WVGA resolution. The power department is supported by a 1.4 GHz Scorpion CPU, which is currently the best you can get on the Windows Phone platform.

Since Windows Phone OS is in no position to threaten the big guns of Android and iOS, Nokia will have to rely on its cheap pricing and aggressive marketing in order to achieve some kind of an impact on the smartphone scene.

The March 18 release date is still subject to the Nokia Lumia 900 passing all the technical tests and certifications in time.
