Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos release
Galaxy Ace Duos

Mobile gambling doesn’t have to stop in order to change a SIM card thanks to the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos has been around for some time already, but only on the Indian market. Now the international GSM version gets released to the joy of mobile casino games fanatics around the globe.

The new smartphone sports some mid-range specs, but its primary distinction is naturally the possibility to accommodate two SIM cards simultaneously. The Galaxy Ace Duos features a 3.5 inch HVGA LCD screen with 320×480 resolution, 832MHz CPU, 512MB of RAM, and 5MP snapper with VGA video recording.

3GB of internal memory is not that much, but should be enough to provide enough space for any of the real money casinos available to players, plus a microSD card slot is included as well. The phone is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and there are rumors the Ice Cream Sandwich update will reach the device very soon.

Another great feature of the Galaxy Ace Duos is its slim body: only 11.5mm and a reasonable battery – 1,300mAh. The phone features Samsung’s unique “Dual SIM always on”, with automatic call forwarding from SIM 2 to SIM 1, so there are no missed calls.

The first market for the international version is Russia, where the phone will start selling in June, but the rest of Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, Middle East, and China should follow shortly.

As for the pricing policy: the GSM+CDMA Indian version costs around $240, so expect similar approach in the rest of the world.
