Google Nexus 7

Gambling on a tablet is fun and far better than on any smartphone, but with the price of the iPad being out of reach of many fans it seems like an expensive pastime.

Real money Android casino gambling is about to change dramatically. Google has just officially announced the Nexus 7 tablet, earmarked by many experts as the real “iPad killer”.

For less than half the price of the iPad, the Nexus 7 features an impressive list of specs and poses a serious threat to the Apple iPad popularity.

The new Android casino gambling tool is manufactured by ASUS and becomes Google’s first attempt at a tablet brand of their own. The device features a 7 inch IPS screen with 1280×800 resolution. The monster is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 CPU, 1GB of RAM and a 12 core ultra-low voltage GPU – nVidia GeForce.

Mobile casino fans are very pleased with the pricing policy of the upcoming tablet. Despite all the good stuff packed into it, the Google Nexus 7 sells for $199 for the 8GB version, and $249 for the 16GB.

Real money mobile casino games enthusiasts will also find the following features inside the tablet: Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, NFC and Bluetooth connectivity, and Google Wallet out-of-the-box. Unfortunately, there’s no 3G model available, but if you want the price to be low you have to sacrifice something.

In the camera department there’s only a 1.2MP front snapper, but it’s capable of making 720p video. The device is pretty thin: 198.5x120x10.5 mm, and weighs only 340 grams. It’s direct competitors are the Amazon Kindle Fire and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, however the top gun iPad should shiver in fear too.

The Google Nexus 7 will hit the stores in July, so far no information on what markets will get it first.
