HTC M7 Release Date Set for February 2013

Following the DROID DNA and Butterfly devices, HTC is preparing to launch a compact smartphone with ultra-high-resolution screen.

The HTC M7 is rumored to be the next compact flagship from the Taiwanese giant sporting a great screen.

The latest rumors on mobile casino forums focus on the HTC M7. This device is said to be the next compact flagship following the introduction of the HTC DROID DNA/Butterfly.

According to the gossip, the new Android casino monster will deliver a 4.7 inch 1080p screen with whopping 468ppi density. The screen panel is said to come from the SoLux line, offering superior viewing angles, color reproduction, and outdoor visibility.

The upcoming smartphone will treat mobile casino gambling enthusiasts to a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon CPU, 2GB or RAM, and 32GB of internal storage. Also included is a 13MP snapper with f/2.0 aperture and HDR video with 1080p capabilities. The 2MP front camera is also rumored to be capable of 1080p video recording.

The HTC M7 is expected to support LTE connectivity up to 42Mbps next to the brand new 802.11 ac wireless standard. The battery is a nice 2,300mAh juice source, and the Beats Audio is also included in the package. The whole thing will be powered by the Android Jelly Bean together with the latest Sense 5 UI.

The device is expected to appear on the shelves around February next year, but we will definitely learn more at the MWC where it’s scheduled to be officially unveiled.
