Huawei unveiled two smartphones
P1 TD-SCDMA

The Mobile Asia Expo was chosen by Huawei to introduce its latest smartphones with great gambling capabilities.

The Huawei Ascend P1 TD-SCDMA and P1 2600mAh will first see the light of day in the hands of Chinese fans of real money mobile casinos. Both new devices are essentially modified versions of the Huawei P1 bound for international markets.

The Ascend P1 TD-SCDMA will offer Android casino players TD-SCDMA 3G connectivity, which is much better for the 3G networks in China. The device is scheduled to go on sale in the country by the end of June.

As can be derived from the name, the Huawei Ascend P1 2600 mAh offers an enormous battery capacity to ensure mobile blackjack gaming can last much longer on the device. No exact release date is yet known, the only stipulation is Q3 2012.

Both smartphones run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box and feature a long list of impressive specs. Check out our Powerful Mobile Gambling on the Ultra-slim Huawei Ascend P1 article to find out more about the features.

The company also announced the launch of the Ascend D1 in China first, with international markets to follow shortly after. The smartphone is a quad-core device and is supposed to go on sale in the second half of this year.
