The much awaited HTC Ruby and Samsung Hercules will become available to American mobile gamers on the same day.

HTC and Samsung joined forces to drop their bombs on American mobile casinos market on October 26. Samsung Hercules is the US T-Mobile version of the extremely popular Galaxy S II, however it is rumored to have a larger 4.5 inch SuperAMOLED Plus screen, NFC capabilities and 42Mbps HSPA+.

Regulars of Android casinos also want to lay their hands on the next big thing from HTC – the Gingerbread powered Ruby. HTC Ruby features among others a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm CPU and a 4.3 inch qHD screen. For more information please read our (Mobile Gamers Riot Over Leaked Specs of HTC Ruby) article.

Both Samsung Hercules and HTC Ruby are powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and will offer fans of mobile casino games the latest UI customizations TouchWiz and Sense. The reasons why the two companies decided to launch their phones in the US market on the same day are yet to be uncovered. Some industry insiders suggest that it’s a joint gesture of defiance towards Apple, which is bullying both companies in numerous courts worldwide.

There’s still enough time until the launch for mobile gamers to practice their skills at mobile casinos with their current devices.
