More USA outlets for Nokia Lumia

Windows Phone powered Nokias are soon to be available at Verizon and Sprint broadening the choice for American mobile gamblers.

So far, the Nokia Lumia smartphone has only been available in the USA through T-Mobile and AT&T. However, Richard Kerris, VP of Nokia worldwide developer relations, has just revealed in an interview that all Windows mobile casino enthusiasts will soon be able to get the smartphones through Verizon and Sprint.

The news is encouraging many mobile casino games fans, especially when it comes ahead of Windows Phone 8 smartphones release. The more carriers – the better for customers, tougher competition can only mean better deals and cheaper phones.

Besides the new vendors for Nokia Lumia smartphones, Kerris has also let it slip that PureView technology will reach the Lumia family “very soon”. Considering that the next big Nokia event – the Nokia World – is scheduled for September, mobile casino regulars should probably expect the official announcement then.

Windows Phone OS has been kind to the Finnish giant, but not kind enough as they fail to get anywhere close to the big boys of iOS and Android in terms of market share. Windows Phone 8 smartphones are considered to be Nokia’s last chance to win hearts and minds of mobile users. PureView technology may become the point of difference for many potential customers.
