Motorola Droid 3 specs leaked

As Motorola fans from around the world eagerly await the release of the Droid Bionic, another smartphone in the works has been seductively winking at them from the assembly line.

Motorola Droid 3, the latest slider in the popular Droid series, will have a full QWERTY keyboard and practically identical internal parts as the Motorola Droid Bionic. Unlike the Motorola Bionic however, the Motorola Droid 3 is rumored to feature Android 2.3 Gingerbread which pleasantly surprised patrons of mobile casinos, who like nothing better than to ride the waves of innovation into the setting sun.

Among rumored features of Motorola Droid 3 is a four inch touchscreen with qHD 960×540 resolution, dual-core processor (Nvidia Tegra 2 is the most likely candidate), rear 8MP camera with Full-ND recording, 1.3MP front camera for video calls, 4G LTE network compatibility and the rest of the standard features.

There has been a lot of recent trash talk between the fans of Gingerbread and Froyo OS. The die hard supporters of Gingerbread boast about the lightning fast speed and better security options. The fanatical supporters of the Android Froyo prefer the reliability and simplicity of the older OS. Meanwhile the mobile casino games developers remain calm, nod and offer each other odds as to whether Froyo or Gingerbread fans would win in an all out brawl between the two sides. Both mobile operating systems are equally compatible with the current crop of mobile games.

As always, nobody at Motorola corporate ever has a firm release date for any of their products. The Motorola Droid 3 is no exception. There is nothing better that a Motorola manager loves to do than to answer your question with a confident smile accompanying their favorite phrases – “sometime next month” or “in the near future”. This could mean anything from minutes to years and there are still unconfirmed reports of a resident of Paupa patiently waiting for his 1991 Motorola, which fits perfectly in his 3 person canoe.

Regardless of when the new smartphone will be available it includes enough power and features to compete on equal terms with the rest of 2011 spring/summer collection. Given the number of Android-powered phones that are rumored to be released this year, Android casinos regulars will have a horde of devices to choose from.
