The popularity of the Android casino monster is so high that its sales have already reached 1 million units mark in a single country – Korea.

What makes the news more stunning is the fact that the latest mobile casino games tamer has achieved this figure three times faster as his predecessor – the Samsung Galaxy Note. The first model was a pioneer of the industry, leading most other major manufacturers to launch their own take on a phoneblet.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II continues to remain extremely popular with mobile casino enthusiasts and is expected to reach the 10 million units sold worldwide mark during the upcoming couple of months.

All in all, the Korean giant is estimated to ship over 500 million mobile devices on a global scale in 2013. 350 million of them are expected to be various smartphones. While the total number of global smartphone shipments in 2013 is said to reach 800-900 million, this will allow Samsung to reach a highly impressive 40% market share of the planet’s smartphone industry.
