Xperia GX and SX

The Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX go official, set to hit the Japanese market later in the summer of 2012.

Two new droid have just been announced by Sony and will be greeted by faithful fans of mobile casinos very warmly. Both smartphones, the Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX feature LTE capabilities and will first appear on the Japanese market.

The Sony Xperia GX is the better of the two and comes with a 13MP snapper. Essentially it’s the Sony LT29i Hayabusa that has leaked a few days ago sparking wild discussions on many mobile casino games forums.

The Xperia GX reminds us about the Xperia Arc shape, however comes with a 4.6 inch HD Reality screen running on Mobile BRAVIA Engine, imagine just how much better the mobile casino gambling experience will be on this type of screen, well done, Sony!

Further specs of the new phone will treat Android casino regulars to a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 16GB or internal memory an naturally the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. HDMI port with FullHD video out support is also very welcomed.

The little brother, Sony Xperia SX is not bad either: 3.7 inch Reality screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 8GB or memory, and the Ice Cream Sandwich for OS. The best thing about this baby is its weight: only 95g. The SX comes with an 8MP snapper, our money here at BlackjackChamp.com is on the other new sensor, which Sony announced previously.

In terms of connectivity, both new phones offer LTE with up to 72Mbps speeds. Walkman up is a standard for both smartphones, and will offer clear stereo, clear bass, VPT surround sound, as well as xLOUD and manual equalizer.

Both smartphones are expected to hit the shelves in Japan sometime during the summer. We guess their international availability will depend on the home-market performance, but with the specs like these there shouldn’t be any problem with that.[sws_author_bio_ui user=”” ui_theme=”ui-smoothness” size=”100″ authorposts=”%s Archives” name_format=”Biography of %s”] [/sws_author_bio_ui]
