The Sony Xperia SL has been widely discussed by mobile gamers and technophiles, now there are live pictures of the device.

Amidst all the rumors surrounding the Sony Xperia SL it was really hard to single out what’s true and what’s not. Now, we were able to look at live pictures of the upcoming device provided by an anonymous source.

The photos partially confirm the rumored specs and shed light on how the smartphone will actually look like. The Sony Xperia SL (also known as LT26ii) will deliver Android casino fans the following features: MSM8260 Snapdragon chipset with a powerful 1.7GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in memory, but no card slot unfortunately.

The appearance of the mobile casino monster will treat gamers to a 4.3 inch LCD screen with HD resolution and a cool illuminated strip below the back, hope, and options Android keys. The smartphone will also have a 12MP camera with LED flash on the back, and a 1.3MP snapper on the front for video chatting. The device comes with Android Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box.

More information about the upcoming device will be known after Sony hosts its pre-IFA event, scheduled to take place in Berlin on August 29. By the way, the Sony LT29i Hayabusa is also supposed to be officially unveiled there.
