Kyocera Hydro and Rise release
Kyocera Hydro

Mobile gamers welcome two new smartphones from Kyocera boasting great specs and latest technology.

Kyocera is best known among die-hard fans of mobile casinos for its dual-screened Echo smartphone from a while back. Now the company is back with a vengeance and launches two new phones: the Rise and the Hydro.

Both new devices are running on the latest Android Ice Cream Sandwich and will provide hours of great mobile casino gambling in CDMA networks.

The Hydro is your mid-range phone with 3.5 inch HVGA IPS LCD display, 1GHz CPU on the Qualcomm MSM8655 Snapdragon chipset, 512MB or RAM, 3.2 snapper, great 1,500mAh battery, 2GB or internal memory and a 2GB microSD card included in the package.

The best feature of the Kyocera Hydro is its water-resistant capabilities: its IP57 certified, meaning it can withstand water jets, and be placed under a meter of water for a period of 30 minutes.

The Kyocera Rise offers mobile casino game players similar specifications as the Hydro, however, it’s a bit thicker and heavier. The main difference between the two smartphones is that the Rise slides open to reveal a four-row full QWERTY keyboard. But, it doesn’t have the water-resistant capabilities though.

No information is yet available on the pricing policy or the exact release date, however we did hear a promise to release the two droids somewhere in the second half of 2012.
