Confirming all rumors Samsung announced the latest smartphone to interest mobile gamblers – the Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance.

Just as was predicted at various forums throughout mobile casinos the Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance received an official confirmation.

The new smartphone is shaping up to become one of the cheapest dual-core mobile casino gambling beasts from the Korean giant. Modest feature line-up is complemented by relatively powerful CPU, promising mobile gamers affordable gambling tool.

The Galaxy S Advance comes with a 4 inch SuperAMOLED screen, a 1GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 CPU, 768MB of RAM and a choice between 8 and 16GB of internal memory. The whole thing is running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but there’s no reason why fans of Android casinos can’t expect the latest Ice Cream Sandwich update during the months to come.

The main camera of the Galaxy S Advance is a middle-range 5MP with 720p video capabilities, just enough to snap a couple of shiny faces right after they score a mobile casino jackpot. The 1.3MP camera on the front is good enough to share those winning moments over video calls.

The connectivity of the new device is more to our liking and includes support for 14.4 Mbps HSPA, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, A-GPS, Bluetooth 3.0 and USB 2.0. The mid-range nature of the new smartphone means no 4G radio support, but you only get what you pay for.

So far no official pricing policy announcement from Samsung, and the release date is still a mystery, but industry experts expect the phone to hit the shelves in about two months time wearing a price tag similar to the Samsung Galaxy R.
