The HTC One X and One S mobile gambling tools will be getting the Jelly Bean update very soon.

We all know about the HTC One X+, the latest Android casino monster from the Taiwanese giant packing superfast processor and a long list of useful features. The One X+ is running on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, but what about the rest of HTC smartphones?

Well, now we know that the One X and One S will be receiving the much anticipated upgrade some time this month. The Project Butter included in the update will certainly improve the way mobile casino games are played on HTC smartphones.

Besides the graphic performance improvement, lucky HTC One X and One S owners will also receive the proprietary Sense 4+ UI. The brand spanking new Self Portrait mode for the camera, allows mobile casino players to snap better pictures of themselves after a particularly lucky mobile slots session.

Jelly Bean will also bring the HTC Watch 2.0, with the possibilities of showing all videos in one hub. Google Now is landing on the HTC One X and One S as well, but that’s a given with the new Android OS.

Although the exact release date for the update is still missing, sources close to the manufacturer speak about the next week as the most probable start.
