The new Nokia flagship falls under the PureView branding and will deliver very impressive gambling specs.

The rumors preceding the Nokia-Microsoft event turned out to be true. The Nokia Lumia 920 was indeed the device announced during the press conference.

Falling under the PureView brand the Nokia Lumia 920 looks very similar to the Lumia 900, yet sports a larger screen – 4.5 720p PureMotionHD+ featuring a curved glass. The powerhouse runs on the Snapdragon S4 SoC featuring a 1.5GHz dual-core Krait CPU, 1GB of RAM, and Adreno 225 GPU. A great combination for Windows mobile gambling fans.

The Nokia Lumia 920 will be powered by Windows Phone 8 and will also come with numerous new services including Nokia City Lens, new Nokia Drive and Maps, refreshed hubs and various system apps.

The screen of the new smartphone will definitely augment mobile casino games experience, thanks to automatic color and brightness adjustments, as well as a brand new level of detail quality. Further features of the new Nokia include LTE and NFC connectivity, 32GB of built-in space and 7GB of SkyDrive cloud storage.

The PureView branding means an 8MP snapper with “floating lens” – a brand new image stabilization function. The usual refinements are also intact – Carl Zeiss optics, 1080p video recording capabilities, and LED flash.

And, of course, the Nokia Lumia 920 will come with much talked-about wireless charging option. Qi standard allows the phone to be compatible with any future accessories on top of the Fatboy wireless charging pillow currently available.

The exact release date and pricing policy for the Windows casino monster is yet to be revealed, stay tuned for more information.
