Samsung and Apple CEOs fail to reach agreement
Samsung vs Apple

Apple and Samsung CEOs met at the request of the court, but failed to reach any resolution in regards to the raging patent wars.

As was predicted by many analysts and social aware mobile casino gambling enthusiasts, the latest get together of Choi Gee-sung and Tim Cook, the heads of Samsung and Apple, failed to resolve the patent wars.

The meeting was ordered by the court and was aimed to find a peaceful resolution to the growing disagreement between the two giants on various patent issues. Both CEOs showed up for the meeting and Samsung boss even brought Shin Jong-kyun, the head of mobile division, with him.

The first part of the meeting was held on Monday and lasted whole nine hours, parties continued on Tuesday and talked for seven hours. Presiding the meeting was Judge Joseph C. Spero. The get together was ordered and its agenda was drawn up by the US District Judge Lucy Koh last month.

Just as a reminder: Apple is suing Samsung for copying their designs and aims to take Korean smartphones off the market. Samsung in response is suing the Cupertino company for utilizing their proprietary wireless technology patents and wants Apple to fork over royalties.

The legal wars between the two giants have little effect on mobile casino games development, however, it’s always funny to watch two super-rich dogs bark at each other. Brace yourselves, folks, this war could rage on forever and ever.
