Hard Rock Hotel & Casino may be one of the more established names in Las Vegas these days, but it doesn’t mean they’re old fuddy-duddies when it comes to technological upgrades.
Just one month after announcing they’d be taking up Cantor Gaming’s eDeck technology to provide mobile gaming on casino grounds, today Hard Rock has announced an agreement with SkyWire Media to spread the word about the casino by SMS text marketing.
The agreement will see SkyWire provide the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino with a full multi-level SMS text marketing initiative. SkyWire will be using the established Hard Rock customer database to streamline advertising and target selected adverts to those within the appropriate demographic. SkyWire will also be providing greater presence for the Hard Rock through social marketing networks that will also deliver targeted ad campaigns.
In August, Hard Rock announced the addition of eDecks at the casino and will become the first-ever Las Vegas-based casino to provide live in-game sports betting in a mobile format. The eDeck also provides a selection of mobile casino games such as roulette, baccarat and poker and blackjack.
