Following several weeks of speculations, HTC has finally officially presented the One Mini confirming most of the specs.

The brand new Android casino tamer, the HTC One Mini, has been officially presented, ending the rumors. The smartphone copies the design and most of the features of its big brother, the flagship One device. As predicted, it comes in aluminum unibody and sports HTC’s proprietary BoomSound technology with dual front stereo speakers.

As for the size, the newest mobile casino device comes with a 4.3-inch 720p screen sporting 341ppi density, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device runs on the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with HTC’s very own Sense 5 UI, as well as BlinkFeed and Beats Audio technologies.

The list of further specs is impressive, and definitely makes the phone compatible with any current mobile casino games. The One Mini is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with a 1.4GHz dual-core Krait 300 processor, Adreno 305 GPU, and 1GB of RAM. The built-in memory is capped at 16GB, and unfortunately there’s no microSD card to extend that.

The back snapper is a 4MP UltraPixel unit, the same as on the HTC One. Sadly, there’s no Optical Image Stabilization, but the HTC’s ImageChip 2 and a BSI sensor with 1/3 inch size has also been included in the Mini model.

The camera is perfectly capable of filming videos in 1080p with HDR. The LED flash offers five levels, and there’s HTC’s Zoe tech alongside slot motion, and variable speed playback. The front camera is a 1.6MP unit with BSI sensor, which can shoot videos up to 720p.

The smartphone is powered by a 1,800mAh battery, which according to HTC, will be good enough for more than 13 hours of 3G talk time, and 692 hours of 3G stand-by. Time will tell. The connectivity suit offers Bluetooth 4.0, LTE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, DLNA as well as GPS and GLONASS.

The device is supposed to hit the shelves in selected European markets in August estimated to cost around EUR 450. Global markets are expected to get it in the beginning of September.
