A new budget smartphone from Motorola has been spotted by mobile gamers; the Android based Domino+ is rumored to be released in August.

Lately the Chinese market seems to have become the testing ground for quite a few major smartphone releases. Photos of Motorola’s Domino+ (or XT531) have been leaked online by a fan of mobile casinos, which unfortunately are still illegal in China. The upcoming mobile device will attract users with its extra long battery life compared to similarly priced phones.

The new smartphone is expected to feature Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, 3.5 inch HVGA display, 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, 512MB RAM, 5MP camera with LED flash, and the usual GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi. Regulars of Android casinos were pleasantly surprised by the phone’s glossy white exterior, as opposed to Motorola’s usual black color.

No official confirmation has been given from Motorola on the release date and planned markets. Yet we can expect the phone in China somewhere in the middle of August. Its appearance on the international market will be expected within a month of its Chinese debut.
